Stephanie and Tim met and currently reside in Switzerland and it was very important to them to incorporate  some Swiss elements into their wedding celebration.  With that being said Stephanie is from Chicago and their guests were coming from all around the globe so they wanted to share a true Chicago experience with everyone as well.  The Swissotel ball room adorns some of the cities best views that did not disappoint their friends and family, and an added bonus of perfect sighting of the Saturday fireworks show. In addition, between the ceremony and reception while we were about town snapping beautiful cityscapes the guest enjoyed a chartered Architectural Boat Tour.  Stephanie and Tim together looked amazing and improved every skyline they stood in front of!

Diane glowed in her wedding gown as she walked down the aisle.  Ricky’s eyes teared up as the doors opened and he caught a glance at his soon to be wife. Their sweet ceremony was extra special because so many loved ones were present. After the ceremony,  the trolley that took us around town was filled with a ton of energy, lots of laughter and fun, big personalities.  There was definitely not a dull moment with this group.  Germania Place looked beautiful with soft, pastel florals accented by beautiful mercury glass and pink up-lights that pulled everything together.  One of my favorite moments of the day was when Diane and Ricky were able to see the room for the first time, not only was it so much fun to see their faces when they saw all their hard work in planning come to life, but we were also able to capture some absolutely gorgeous dancing photos of the two of them from above with the room to themselves.  From start to finish it was an perfect day!

Sometimes opposites attract and that is completely the case with their two lovelies.  I have know Lisa for a few years and have always known her to be full of life, silly, sweet and the life of the party.  Eric is kind and a little more reserved than Lisa, however he looks at her absolutely adorningly as if she was the only girl in the world.  Together they are the perfect balance and enrich each others lives so beautifully.  The Waldorf Astoria was the perfect venue to host this couple’s event, which was bright and fun with a cool vibe.

Chic, sophisticated but with a little edge is how I would describe the styling of this gorgeous couple.  I absolutely LOVED Leslie’s head to toe look, her dress was so cool and unique and her hair was right on trend and it all paired perfectly with her magenta peony bouquet.  Larry was super dapper in his tux and together they looked like a movie star bride and groom.   The Blackstone was the perfect spot to photograph some cool and editorial portraits for the two of them. They are clearly also VERY popular as they had 26 of their closet friends stand next to them as their bridemaids and groomsmen.  Clean, sleek and sophisticated was the palate of this lovely Venue Six Ten celebration.

It was luv at first site, and I don’t mean between Jess and Daniel, I mean between me and my bride crush Jessica.  I walked into our first meeting and Jess was rocking a Ditka sweater, just like the one I hang in my closet and wear with so much pride.  My conversation with Jess and Daniel was so effortless and it seemed as if we had been friends forever….best friends!  In all seriousness, Jessica and Daniel were destined to be together and the driving force between their relationship were their siblings.  Jess’s sister was best friends with Daniel’s brother, and the two had plotted to get their siblings introduced and boy did it work.  They celebrated their gorgeous Orthodox ceremony at the Bridgeport Art Center filled with a blind first look, a Tisch and Bedeken. The moment that Jess was revealed to Daniel his eyes lit up, together a perfect match and best friends for life.  Jess was a stunner in her Monique Dress (that transformed into three different styles) and Daniel looked incredibly dapper in black and white.  The energy and joy that filled Bridgeport was incredible, the liveliness of the chanting to the packed dance floor made the evening unforgettable.  Jess and Daniel, thank you for letting me be part of your special day and now your life, I heart you, friends!
